Shannon Szabados will start in goal for Canada in the women's world hockey championship final against the U.S.

The Edmonton native made 14 saves in Canada's 5-1 semifinal win over Finland on Friday.

Szabados made 47 saves in last year's final, a 3-2 overtime loss to the U.S. in Switzerland.
