LeBron James of the Cleveland Cavaliers is expected to miss the next two weeks because of a strained left knee and back problem.

James underwent a physical and an MRI on Wednesday, and was eventually diagnosed with the strains in his knee and lower back. The Cavs said Thursday he will be treated with "anti-inflammatories, rehabilitation, training room treatments and rest."

James has missed Cleveland's last two games. If the two-week estimate proves correct, it will be the longest stretch of games James has missed in his NBA career.
