A six-year-old child who was injured after being hit by a car that crashed through the front doors of a London, Ont., Costco has died.

On Friday, the collision caused panic among those shopping in the busy store (on Wellington Road South).

Police have identified the six-year-old child as Addison Hall.

Addison's three-year-old sister Miah Bozek and mother Danah McKinnon-Bozek were also injured and remain in hospital.

McKinnon-Bozek was eight months pregnant when the collision happened and underwent an emergency caesarean-section on Friday.

Both Miah Bozek and the newborn are in critical condition, while their mother is in fair condition.

Two other people who were injured in the crash as well the driver of the car were released from hospital.

Police continue to investigate.

They are asking any witnesses to come forward.
