(CSE: CDPR) (OTCMKTS: GPPRF) (Frankfurt: N8HP) ("CDPR" or the "Company") announces it has granted 4,900,000 options to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Corporation. These options are granted in accordance with the terms of the CDPR'S Stock Option Plan. All options vest on their date of grant and each option entitles the holder thereof to purchase one common share of the Corporation at a price of $0.20 for periods of two or five years from September 5, 2023.
