Hain Celestial Group Announces New Chief Financial Officer

BOULDER, Colo., Aug. 24, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Hain Celestial Group (Nasdaq: HAIN), a leading manufacturer of better-for-you brands that inspire healthier living, announced that Lee Boyce, Chief Financial Officer of Hearthside Food Solutions, has been named Hain's new CFO, effective September 5, 2023.  Boyce will succeed Hain's current Chief Financial Officer, Chris Bellairs, who will remain with the company through a transition and will participate in Hain's upcoming Investor Day event in New York City on September 13.
