TORONTO, Feb. 15, 2024 /CNW/ - (TSX: CGX) Cineplex Inc. ("Cineplex" or the "Company") today announced that it has priced a private placement offering of $575 million aggregate principal amount of 7.625% senior secured notes (the "Notes" ) due March 31, 2029 (the "Notes Offering").
