GREEN BAY, Wis., Jan. 26, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Associated Banc-Corp (NYSE: ASB) ("Associated" or "Company") today reported net income available to common equity ("earnings") of $106 million, or $0.70 per common share, for the quarter ended December 31, 2022. These amounts compare to earnings of $74 million, or $0.49 per common share for the quarter ended December 31, 2021 and earnings of $93 million, or $0.62 per common share for the quarter ended September 30, 2022. For the year ended December 31, 2022, the Company reported earnings of $355 million, or $2.34 per common share.
